Jason has come into the company with years of experience in the Financial, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Real Estate corporate world. As a Manager and Program/Project Manager, he has led many multi-million dollar initiatives that has led to increased revenues, and reduction of costs. Jason has come into the company with years of experience in the Financial, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Real Estate corporate world. As a Manager and Program/Project Manager, he has led many multi-million dollar initiatives that has led to increased revenues, and reduction of costs. His experience working with large companies (Southern, Truist, Fannie Mae and Bank of America) along with his work with smaller agile companies has shaped his view on how we should take care of our partners. His main passion though is delivering exceptional customer service and developing systems that will make it easier on our Clients and our Customers.
Jason has a B.S, in Finance and Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in International Business from Mercer University. He also is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Commission(GREC) Sales Person and certified by the Project Management Institute(PMI) as a Project Management Professional(PMP).

Karen has lived in Atlanta since 1987 and knows everything there is to know about Metro Atlanta and especially the Real Estate Market. She is currently a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors®, the Georgia Board of Realtors® and the National Board of Realtors®. She earned her GREC Broker License in 2009.

Karen has lived in Atlanta since 1987 and knows everything there is to know about Metro Atlanta and especially the Real Estate Market. As a Real Estate professional, Karen has numerous Top Producer awards. She has been a member of the Top Producers of Atlanta Board of Realtors annually. In 2017 she became a Lifetime Member after 10 consecutive years.
Before pursuing her Real Estate Passion, Karen spent 12 years in the corporate world focusing on accounting and finance. Her extensive Finance background has helped her clients make informed decisions when it comes to the purchase or sale of their home.
Karen graduated from The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia, before heading to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to complete a B.S. in business and economics at Carnegie Mellon University. In 1998 Karen completed her MBA in operations at Georgia State University.
